Foundation

The Independence Foundation provides charitable support to adults with developmental disabilities being served by Independence of Portage County, Inc. and Paths to Independence, Inc. The Foundation provides gifts in several arenas, such as:

To individuals with basic needs, where their individual resources preclude their ability to obtain items (this includes clothing, adaptive, therapeutic or recreational equipment);

At the holidays, to all individuals, with particular emphasis on those persons who have no family involvement in their lives; and

In support of goals and dreams, which enhance lives.

Gifts of cash, stocks, bonds and other securities are welcome. Your contribution will be promptly acknowledged with a tax deductible receipt.
